Since relocating from St. Louis in 2001, Wellington place has been our home. The staff and community have been excellent. I highly recommend it.
terrible staff, even worse management. very petty and rude. dirty apt with lots of bugs and problems with heating and cooling system.
I moved to IN in September '05 and when looking, I discounted Wellington Place due to the location in Fishers (I work in Carmel - 25 minute commute), however, after looking at SEVERAL other Indy locations (NE, W, N) I'm VERY glad I chose Wellington Place. The rent is drastically lower (for the space) than other complexes, their increase after a year was only $15 per month and the office staff...
Nice place to live. Office personel are friendly and polite. Maintaince is usually prompt. Never had an issue go unanswered for more a couple of days. Depending on the type of problem usually results in a faster response. When I called about my A/C they were out that day, call about a dripping faucet about 1-2 days. Either way, they get issues resolved.
