My Husband and I have been living here for about 3 years now and love it! The staff is super helpful and maintenance is quick (not that we need them very often!) It's quiet and peaceful which is nice being so close to 96th street and everything you could need. I don't know that we will be living anywhere else while we stay in Indiana!

The office staff is helpful, and the maintenance is reliable and on top of things. We like the size and layout of our apartment. There are only 2 things we don't love: that the dog waste disposal stations are inconveniently located on the property, so many...

Wellington Place is the best apartment community I've ever lived in and I've lived in 9 different communities during my adult life so far. The grounds are spacious and well maintained. The maintenance staff is responsive and friendly as are the office staff. Jimmy Johns less than 5 minutes away so you can have a sandwich at your door about 7 minutes after you place your order. Great location...
