Moms can get the pictures the same day they are taken and the pictures are beautiful. The staff is professional, friendly, fast and they handle the newborns brilliantly. My only complain is about their website. You have to have a password to access the package details. This is great if I was concerned about the privacy of my newborn but if grandma just wants to see what the package options are...
