I have been to beaches around the globe: Miami Beach, Captiva Island, Trunk Bay, Marco Island, Meagans Bay, Balongo Bay,... Santa Barbara, Riviera Maya, Coronado Island.............but I grew up on WEKO and WEKO is my BEACH! I worked in the Beach House as a teenager and still drive down on every visit, just to make sure the Lake hasn't gone away.See More

Its like relaxing on a florida beach, the concession stand food is aok if you don't want to BBQ (grills provided) The ...beach is always spotless, the bathrooms are clean and the best part , someone plays taps @ sunset every night. Talk about beautiful things. Great place to chill out.See More

very nice short term camp site well maintained very close to lake michigan little to no traffic noise even off in the distance my two boys and their friends loved it and could roam with confidence in safety
