convenient, but absolutely no customer service. The people that work in the store cannot service your problems, they will ask you to call if you have a problem. When you call, no one ever answers, I spent 25 min on hold one day, nothing no answer. They could really improve in this area. All I wanted was to find out if I had any time left on my package, so I didn't have to drive all the way down...
