I was really frustrated with uploading my new website to my web server and finally contacted tech support. They responded right away and solved my error within minutes. I wasn't using the right terminology but the person who helped deciphered and understood me anyway. It was a great tech support experience, I can't believe it! The only problems I've had were me not knowing what I was doing....
