Dr. Kurtz is good. However a 40 minute wait in waiting room PLUS a 40 minute wait in exam room is way too long. She also had to leave the room 3 times while trying to exam me. I felt very uncomfortable with this visit and feel that while she was with me, I should have been her top priority. It was hard for her and me to keep track of where we were in the exam. Not feeling too confident.
Terrible front desk staff at the eastern blvd location. They didn't tell me about all the charges but charged me anyway. When I contested the charge they acknowledged the mistake but still insisted on on charging us.
I think the doctor could have been a little more personable. He didn't come off very nice.
Our visit was awesome as usual!!! Dr. Smith takes his time and cares for his patients. Tricia did a VERY good job teaching my daughter about contact lenses!! She is a great teacher w/an a wonderful calming personality! Thank you!!!
My experience with the employees that examined me was excellent, however, they have now had to order my FIFTH eyeglass lens because the lab they use is so terrible that the previous FOUR lenses were scratched. I will not spend my money here again.
