Not a professional job

I went to get my lace front cut and shaped. They butchered the wig. It was uneven. When I left it did not look like I just left the hairdresser. They did not curl the hair or anything. I went home and had to add tracks to the hair to make it fuller and to Camouflage the uneveness. Terrible job!!!
