Within my first two visits, they overcharged from what they had promised, they lost one of my shirts, they included someone ELSE'S clothing in my laundry bag, they refused to take a credit card for under a $10 purchase...which is actually against the credit card's policies, it took them 20 minutes to locate my comforter, and they didn't have items ready when promised.
I'm all about good deals, but this place wasn't worth the headache.
lost a pair of pants... shortened my pants too short and could not fix it when i specifically said not to shorten it too much and leave some material just in case... carlos, the owner is very unorganized and has poor memory.. so when you refer back to things, he doesn't really remember correctly and then snaps and insults you when you are trying to tell him what happened.. they also lost a neighbor's pair of jeans..

i brought in 2 womens shirts to be laundered and one other blouse. i was told the shirts would be $1.35 and the blouse would be $4. when i went to pick them up, i was charged $4 each for the laundered shirts and $5 for the blouse.
carlos refused to honor the price i was quoted.
he was very unpleasant and incredulous that i was insistent on the price i was quoted.
I like taking my laundry to Weave Rite Cleaners. They have great customer services and provide quality laundry services.
They are also great with altering all of my costumes, dresses and suits.

I finally found a place I can call a ""Cleaners""! Weave-rite cleaners is a family owned business and they treat every customer as if they are a part of the family. Carlos the owner is friendly and always in a good mood. When I go to pick up my dry cleaning: sometimes after a hard day at work, Carlos- aside from having everything ready for me before I even give him my stub.... he just has a smile and shares his positive energy that my spirits are lifted. This cleaner's is definitely one of a kind. I highly recommend you be a part of this great family.
