we fix it by butt! they could not fix anything! i took my personal computer to them and i got the longest run around about what was actually wrong with it. when they finally decided what was wrong with it, they had about four hundred thousand different ways of maybe fixing it. i agreed to one and they did it and then did about ten more because they were wrong. which would have been fine, but...
