Help us make it rightI had the worst experience with this company. I was promised a service and they did not complete half of what they stated they would do. They did come back the next day, yet still did not do anything other than clean my refrigerator. Many things were not completed and then I started to receive harassing emails from the owner, Manny after I complained. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable company.
called two weeks in advance to make an appointment for a moving clean out. They did not show up at 10 am as requested, told me they will be at the house at 3 pm. No show at 4 pm. Called and they told me it takes another hours until they come to my house. Cancelled the service and did the job by myself, saved me $ 265. The worst service of all times!
Had multiple problems with this company. Repeated did not show for scheduled cleanings, if someone did show, they ranged from 2-5 hours late! When asked to return to redo poor work...they could never get a crew out. Excuse after excuse. We Clean El Paso did not show up at scheduled time nor did they call to say they would be late. This has happened before. I have had them clean and the job when Manny was in charge was well done but under new management they take appointments and do not show up.
The people from We Clean were very nice, but the service was not up to par. All did was dust and wipe things away, and even then they missed dusting a whole shelf. I have used cleaners in the past that did a better job, and actually put things away, for the same amount of money. We Clean missed an entire shower, and they didn't sweep.
