I was amazed and how nice and friendly that sales staff was at Family Leisure. We went in to look at Patio Furniture and ended up purchasing not only patio furniture, but a spa as well. They have an amazing selection and I could not believe how big the store was. We had a great experience and recommend Family Leisure if you are shopping for one of the many products that they carry.
They do not care about the customer. I ordered a full patio set and glider. I called in another order by phone for another table and 2 chairs. When I received my chairs, they did not have the cushions so I called the sales person and he said he forgot to put them on the invoice and to come back in to pick them up. Not willing to resolve issues. I purchased a full patio set and glider. Later I called the store to order additional pieces. When I received the chairs I ordered, they did not have seat cushions (even though I told the sales person that I wanted the same chairs I had previously ordered). I let the sales person know this and he told me he had forgotten to put the cushions on the invoice and to come back in the store to pick them up.
