I love my apartment at Watermark! I won't move anywhere else. I moved in after they opened and I've been here ever since. I love that I don't have to pay for tanning and the pool and the apartment neighborhood are spectacular. It's always clean and the girls in the office are always friendly and make me feel like they are happy I'm here. I would recommend this place to anyone. Nothing else...

we would definitely recommend the property. It's quiet and on the east side you really don't even hear the train. the only problem is the upstairs neighbor (not everyone knows how to walk upstairs). and the bedrooms are not very well ventilated. Get a heater in the winter, a fan in the summer.

I absolutly loved this place. My husband and I lived here for 1yr and had the nicest experiance. The management and staff are always there and happy to be. Their maintence staff is trustworthy and prompt. We did have a shock when the electric bill came but IT WAS SO WORTH IT. This is the best apartment experiance anywhere would reccomend to ANYONE.

Railroad tracks close by, blows whistle throughout the night. Office staff always seemed too busy to be helpful. Overpriced for the area, especially being so close to the trains. Maintenance ALWAYS came into the apartment for no reason. There were always flyers on the door saying that maintenance was going to be coming in for such and such inspection, job, correction, etc..
