It’s about rediscovering some of the city’s most unique, culture-defining landmarks. Waterline Apartments are for those who appreciate the Pearl District, but want to make their own mark on Portland.
These apartments could have been great, but some of the fixtures and overall finished let the unit down. We have been living at Waterline for a few months now, and we still have no mailboxes (well, we have boxes but no keys) Each day we have to walk to the office to collect our mail.

first time ever in an apartment and it was easy to like this place from the start. Good access to freeways, 23rd, pearl, and downtown. Gym, free beer, waterfront access, and rooftop patio with great views of Fremont bridge. Very glad we chose Waterline over the other options in the pearl!
This is a great apartment and I will give you many reasons why. One, it is on the water front. The location is amazing. There is a New Seasons within walking distance and a lot of amazing restaurants (like Bridgeport Brewery) down the street. There is a roof top balcony with a waterproof tv and an awesome view of downtown. There is free beer on tap and the selection is always changing to give...
Everything is completely new which is pleasant. The neighborhood is a combination of dilapidated, old warehouses and upscale new construction. The individual apartment is rather on the small side. There is a nice little gym and a coffee shop in the complex.
