Gas bills are out of control because they run the heat in vacant apartments while renovating. You are paying a lot and getting little. Illegal subletting and drugs being sold, so I am told. Terribly noisy with unresponsive staff. Do they really care? Here you are, paying through the nose and getting this treatment and noise.

This place isn't what it used to be. There are people who have been convicted of violent crimes who live here. I lived in an awful area before this but at least they had regular preventative maintenance and didn't allow felons to live here. Run away and don't look back. New management is terrible and they're the 3rd in 2 years. No end in site. Just some people trying to make some money any way...
