The best veggie place in Denver!
The food is fabulous. They'll make anything vegan for you if you
ask. Service is fast. They are packed at peak times, but it's worth
the wait. The waitstaff is professional as well as congenial.

Why we love it: Any menu that includes a dish called “bibimbop†deserves a try, especially if 35 of 50 menu items are under $10. Try bulgogi; it’s fun to say and good to eat.
What to get: Bibimbop, vegetables, beef and a sunny-side up egg atop a mound of steamed rice, served with several side dishes.
In a town known for its beef, WaterCourse stands out as one of a handful of eateries devoted to the vegetarian. This casual, low-key place serves three meals a day, most of which are based on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and meatlike soy substitutes. There are vegan and macrobiotic dishes available, along with items for those who eat cheese and eggs. The Reuben is amazing. MC, V. Closed Mon.
