I have been a Water Works customer since 1998. I have been very satisfied with the quality of their systems/products and the responsiveness of their service. I recently had a leaky sprinkler head in my backyard and a service technician was there to fix it within 3 hours of my call for service. Last year they upgraded my system and installed a new Rainbird controller. It is so efficient and easy to use. They take the time to explain the entire system and how to program it for maximum conservation and effectiveness.

I have been a customer since 2003 when we purchased our home. I had a system installed. 20 months later a pipe separated from a tee underground. I called to request a repair since the pipe did not appear to be glued properly. They were unwilling to repair under warranty since warranty was 12 months and I was unwilling to pay the repair cost since I had already dug the area up and it only needed a $2 coupling. After some negotiation they agreed to repair the system for free. I am satisfied.
