Great experience with water quest! The salesman was very knowledgeable and personable. I did not feel they were pushy and the we're able to answer all of my questions. I would definitely do business with them in the future!

Pushy saleman talked our ears off for nearly two hours and would only make appointments late in the evening. We told him no and he kept trying to push us for another ten minutes. They've continued to call us multiple times a month for over a year.

Unsatisfied with the product. We can not tell a difference with water softener. Main office did not know if they had a return policy or not. I had there system installed over 6 months ago and it has worked great.
