I am a current resident seeking to inform those interested in living here of what it is actually like to live at Watermill Park, owned by TLC Property Management. Now not everything is bad. The apartments are very nice on the inside. That's about all I can positively say though.

Now for the bad. In the past 4 months I've lived here, I've had my car vandalized or damaged at least 3 times,...
