Sid came out, provided recommendations and gave me an estimate on two different heaters. He also explained I needed certain items to pass code. Decided to use them, opted for the Bradford White heater and made the appt.

I did not contract for the Tankless Water Heater but instead opted for the standard 50 gallon tank. The service was quick and efficient and the customer service great. The price quoted was less than half that quoted by two other reputable contractors. All things being equal, and in this case they were, I'm going with the cost.
