It is never easy or fun to write a negative review but after this experience, I totally feel that it is warranted here. I spent about $600 on a Citizens Echodrive watch here just under a year ago....

Robin F80 and Jimi S. must be ""those"" kind of people. You know the one's that are always miserable and/or complaining about everything because A) it wasn't free and B) no one kissed their rotten as*es. Bottom line, this place is great. It's a watch shop with people who know their craft and know it well! This isn't Macy's with some perfume drenched super hag trying to sell you some BS Gucci watch. These guys are the real deal, they know their watches - from my Glashutte down to my Longines these guys know it all. There isn't a job too tough for them unless you consider dealing with Robin...

On two separate occasions I've brought 3 watches to Watches, etc. with 3 different issues. I couldn't believe the attentiveness and time spent on the repair of one of my watches; an old gold watch that hadn't been worn in years and had damage from a leaky battery. The watch is running perfectly now and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and their pricing.
