I have not had my trash picked up for two days it is their fault they got a new driver on the route who didn't pick up my trash who's been telling me for 2 days if they're going to come and pick it up and haven't and then tell me that it can be picked up to next Tuesday because they don't have a driver to pick it up and I have to wait to next week what kind of shit is that so I advise anyone to...

Trash date was on Monday. Then our HOA had to call and asked when our trash was going to be picked out. The HOA was not given noticed nor gave the people living here in the Pinnacle notice that they change it Friday. You need to revamp your Lubbock, TX office. I have called 2x in past 2 days and my trash is still not picked up when I was told it would be done TODAY. I should also mention my trash was NOT picked up at all last week even before the holiday.

Your service and attitudes suck. You haven't picked up our trash in one month crushed the trash container. You promised to replace it. You didn't. You are still billing us. We switched to Waste Connections because of price (half of what our previously current waste provider charged). We've been very satisfied with our service. We've never had a problem with them picking up our trash, even if it is heaping over and additional bags alongside. Also, the drivers are always friendly. We made the right choice for sure.
