Yes, this place has gone down hill. Some people on here writing about others is disgratfull and don,t judge others or you will be judged.Single men and people walking dog and single men looking at woman and the black african community and they talk loud.If you don,t like the place move.God Bless us aLL

Low and behold it looks like Related is coming around to it's senses. Management has a fresh approach and repairs are being made now. Staff is actually smiling at tenants and the office staff is helping everyone not the chosen few. Let's see if this lasts.

It was not the place I had in mind. Multi-cultural, too many kids, noisy neighbors. The neighbor who is in building 92 apartment #22 was a realll ------- and he had an ugly wife!! grouchy shits. just left the place and now living in a good complex ..the salisbury estates..I recomend you go there instead :). oh yeah and the manager is nice but, the other staff doesnt smile if you pay them 100...

Apartments are okay. Maintenance sucks...you put in a call and it takes them forever to respond, they're rude at times and so are the answering services people. Office staff are unprofessional and rude at times. Security is... what can I say about security, they obviously don't understand the meaning of it. So my advice to you is to consider moving to "the Valley" as first choice instead of...

When i first moved in i fell inlove with the appartments & my neighbors the tenants are super friendly but we do get treated unfairly I live in a one bedroom appartment with TWO boys and been on the tranfer list for a year an half They say they have no available appartments but there moving in new people =/ instead of helping us out Honestly i would not recommend it to anyone anymore.
