He changed my locks at my house. They prices were already cheap and on top of that he offered me a 10% discount for being a first time customer. I will refer to others.

At first I thought that it would be shabby work because of the low price quoted on the phone, but once the technician finished installing all the locks, I have to say they look amazing.
