Not only is Pat the owner, designer and delivery driver in many cases, he knows his loyal customers by name and they love him. He will custom design for you or follow a picture or use your vase or let you come into the greenhouse and pot your own plant, all at very reasonable costs. The shop has some stems available for customers to help themselves and be creative in making their own bouquets....

I asked very specifically for fresh, tight, pink roses to be sent to our daughter at ISU for her birthday. She got fully opened pink roses. The first time I called, they said they would replace them. They didn't replace them and I called again. I was then told that they were open because they were better quality roses—and that they were delivered on a hot day. I didn't care. I wasn't happy...
