The chef started out at Benihana's and now has his own place. You wouldn't expect this level of fun and good food in a small town, but it is there. A rather non-descript place outside, with plenty of parking because it sets out by itself. The inside is nice but not really special. The fun and food are great though....

we were the only ones in the joint....the place could use a cleaner feel to it. The sushi was expensive . I give it a six or seven out of ten. I got ten percent off my meal and some saki on the house...because it's so close I'll be going back.

I used to frequent here with friends to enjoy the sushi and nice atmosphere. I made a return visit and was less than impressed. The place was generally dirty, and almost empty at dinner time on a Saturday night. We had the hibachi and the food was okay (albeit way over seasoned with black pepper). Excellent dinner after a lousy one elsewhere. The scallops were delicious as was everything else in the hibachi dinner. Would go back in an instant.
