I called ahead to inquire about a specific product and was told by the department manager, Carlos, that they had the product in stock and he quoted me a price for the product. This was important to me since the store is at least thirty miles from my house and my truck is not great on gas mileage. This store is no longer cramped as it has recently tripled in floor space. They are now offering free seminars for hobbiests of all interests (sign up with cashiers) . Store is bright and well stocked with very a very knowlegable staff.
