I went there one day to purchase a gun. They were awesome. A month later I called then back due to my gun not fireing properly. The old man was rude . He told me to take my gun to S&W to get fixed. I asked what I specifically had to do and the old man started raising his voice and became short and rude. If I wasn't useing this pistol for personal protection I would of brought the gun back....

well stocked gun shop with great products,the management leaves a lot to be desired,i will be buying my guns eleswhere from salespeople who know how to treat their customers and suggest everyone does the same.
