First of all, let me say that Dr. Smith is a wonderful doctor. However, the nursing staff here worry me.
My grandson was seen for stomach problems, and Dr. Smith stated that he wanted tests done right away. He said that his nurse would set up an appointment for testing, and call the parents with info on where and when to go the next day. The nurse was supposed to call either that evening or...
