I called this location to order replacement feet caps for the legs on my furniture (for chairs, tables, loveseats, sofa). The first three times I called DURING business hours, no one answered the phone. This should have been a warning to me. I left a message for someone to call me back. An employee called me back an hour later and said, "we were really busy this morning." That doesn't justify...
