Terrible Automotive Work

This is my third time back to their shop to get my starter replaced. The only reason I take it back there is because it's under warranty.

Was quoted a price on the phone the first day. the next day it doubled and still another price when picked up. We broke down on the park way and had to get the out of there. we were told we would we would get 10%off for using aaa and told we could not have it. walt & al are taking advantage of people when they are stuck on the park way.

When my car broke down I called AAA for a tow. The tow truck driver was from Walt and Al's and despite the fact that I told both AAA and the tow truck driver to tow it to a different garage, they towed it to Walt and Al's. Of course, I only found this out after Walt and Al's called to tell me that my car was done?! Done?! They never called to give me an estimate or to find out why I had my car towed there in the first place. What kind of operation are they running here?

Over that past 10 years, when I have required AAA roadside assistance for my car, it has often been Walt and Al's that has come to my aid. The service truck has always been very quick to respond, and the drivers have always been courteous…
