I was very happy with the service that I received today. David (the technician) was on time and very cordial. He was very detailed in his check-up notes and recommendations. I would use these guys again if my unit needs servicing.

Work was well done but left a few items undone and management failed to keep an appointment so I could critique the job. Because of the extra air needed to to keep the evaporator coil from freezing we will have to wait for spring or summer when the temperature is higher to determine if the return air duct needs to be enlarged and or the return air grill needs to be changed.
