Absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your time. Took 2.5 hours for a freaking oil change and 2 tires. I've been to more quality places and waited more than half that amount of time!

The "Support Manager" on the over night shift, Emily, is extremely rude to customers. I am disabled, and being cursed at because I "inconvenienced" her because I was unable to bend over and get something is totally uncalled for. She is totally unprofessional when there is no one else around.
