Diane was very helpful over the phone...she went in search of a product for me so I wouldn't have to drive a long way if they were out of the product.....Great service.

No trust at Maryville Walmart.

I am going to stop going to this Walmart in Maryville, a nice little town next to the Smokies. The manager does not care about the customers. They check your receipt and cart at the door. Never been to a Walmart that does that. They are always out of popular grocery items. CDs are under lock and key. I think he is trying to be a regional manager and is following corporate rules to the max at the expense of customers. It's a shame that every customer is seen as a criminal. I well go to another store. Especially in this nice little friendly town. He brings the atmosphere down.

I don't know what the lady's name was, but she was working in the hardware dept on Sept.24,2010 at 11:15 a.m. I called about a light bulb and she was rude and sounded like it was a chore for her to do her job. With so many people out of work, she should be happy to help and sound like she is happy to have a job. I will look for a light bulb elsewhere.
