I have been trying to reach customer service since 1:35 p today 9/30/13. So far no one has picked up the telephone. Is this normal for no one to answer. I enjoy shopping at Walmart but being disabled I have first to call to see if the item is in the store before coming out. When finally someone answered I was placed on hold for 10 min. & 55 sec. before someone finally answer. I was put in hold...
