Every time I go here to have a script filled I end up standing around while the workers are in a powwow talking to each other instead of working. When they do finally help me they say it'll be 15 minutes which always turns into 30 minutes to an hour. My daughter took one to be filled and they made her wait 45 minutes after saying it would be 15 minutes then told her they were out of the script...
