Used the self check out needed help attendant was really rude and pushy made me feel uncomfortable. Spoke to me with a real bad attitude I could have made a scene but decided to keep my mouth shut .

If you don't have enough workers to open up cases of locked items why are you even locking them!???? Terrible service. Understaffed. I have been waiting by the closed stand and pressing the button for the past 30 minutes. LITERALLY. The other one of 3 people waiting went to find someone. She was the only one on staff. We waited 20 more minutes. He had to go and try to get her AGAIN. TERRIBLE.

They are still checking receipts upon exiting. Racially profiling you and illegally detaining you. Don't show your receipt when you leave the store. It's not a law....

When the supervisor doesnt know who have the key for the jewelry section. Waited lol like 30mins and until now idk seems like they havent done anything. Bad customer service. Remember we all work with people and dont do something that you dont wanna do to you.
