All employees were helpful, friendly and cheerful! I used the cart since ive a bum ankle and they all offered to grab stuff for me. Excellent experience!

Lines 10 people deep and after a fifteen minute wait they closed the line I was waiting in! Nothing said but CLOSED and the chain wen up in front of my Cart!! 6 people behind me 4 in front!! WOW...

Saturday at 10:45 am long lines and only 6 of the 20 cashier lanes open . Great example of very poor management at this store. What do we have to do to get quality customer service at the Plano...

The tire and lube center is the absolute WORST!! We brought a car in to have a tire replaced and we were very clear as yo which tire needed to be replaced and you could even see the metal belt...
