If I could give anything less than a 1 star , I would. I sent in my perscription to the Indiana, Pa walmart over 4 weeks ago and it needed pre authorization. They said they faxed the perscription info. to my insurance company three times. Every time I called my insurance company they were still waiting on walmart"s fax.
