It has nothing to do with politically motivated, "they're destroying small business" rhetoric that comes from people who support politicians with policies that destroy small business. The Wal-Mart in Decatur is not a friendly store you rarely even see workers and many times they act as if you are disturbing them if you ask them about something. (This does not cover all employees) You never see management and the stores quality of merchandise not to mention availability of merchandise has went way down. This could be a company wide problem.
