"Service" from anyone here has to be demanded. Telephone - customer service is non-existent. Find a manger 'bell' them and then maybe something will happen within an hour or so....maybe...

We ask an associate to get some lawn cushion down where it shows 20 each it was going to buy all four. But when it rang up they all rang up for 38.98. This store is always crowded, parking is a lightmare and God forbid you go during a Cowboys game.

The Store is never clean and the customer service is so bad and the are rude and mean the lines are always on long. I would rather use my gas and go to the store on randoll mill or the two in forth worth.

I go here every Friday to cash my check since its just literally right around the corner from my work and there are no other check cashing places around, I must say -MOST- of the workers there.. in customer service anyway are pretty nice, but MAN they are SOOOO slow it takes me about 20 minutes just to cash my check...and its not just because they are busy but they lollygag around behind the...
