Roof replacement itself seems to be good since it hasn't leaked. However, Shannon Proffitt of Wallace Roofing, did not submit my 35-year roof warranty to Atlas Roof Manufacturere as he promised. I had to call him on different occasions to ask when I'm going to get the roof warranty certificate. I had to call Atlas roofing manufacturer myself to get the warranty since I never received it...
