It's a drugstore so it's like a level of evil to enter one. This one is no exception. You will search for what you need to no avail and if you do find ti you'll stand in line for about an hour.

Yeah, I have to echo all of these bad reviews. I continue to go here because it's so convenient to my house, but I continue to hate every pharmacy experience. The reasons why it always sucks vary, but the following ones are almost always true:

1. When you call and try to speak to someone in the pharmacy, you usually wait a minimum of 10-15 minutes. If you call during peak hours you can often wind up waiting indefinitely. Nobody ever picks up the phone to apologize for the wait or to find out if your call is urgent. In fact, as I write this review I've been sitting on hold for nearly 10...

Terrible pharmacy department

I'm not the type to take time to write a review, whether positive or negative, but I could not let this one go.

I just returned from the store and experienced terrible service from the pharmacy department. I can not speak for their competence, but I can however say they are very rude, and do not place much emphasis on customer service.

You'd think they would pay extra care when dealing with customers who are sick and looking for their professional knowledge to help. Not this department. They acted as if I was bothering them when I merely asked about a cold medicine.

Have to agree with previous review - they are generally unfriendly, slow and not helpful.
I recently went to pick up a prescription I had been getting for several years. They told me that for some unknown reason it was no longer being paid for by my insurance and I would need to call my doctor.
After 30 mins on the phone with my doc and the insurance company, I found out that if I just paid for it myself (no insurance) the cost would only be $1.50 more.
Went back and told the pharmacist this - he just shrugged and said ""so would you like to pay for it yourself?"".
Unbelievable.
