I came in to this walgreens looking for a christmas plush they had advertised. They did not have it, however the person I had asked for assistance agreed to call around for it. I found walgreens, 84th greenfield West AllIs, WI pharmacny to be
an unpleasant experience almost every time I pick up my medicines. They dont seem to understand insurance policies and other related subjects and say they go by what computer tells them to do, but instead of giving a response to issues they will, i repeat will, lie and give thier customers bs answers.
Ive been quoted wrong prices, lied to, and bs,ed
every time i have medicine to pick up. I could give reports and finger pharmacy employees all day long, but dont have the time and desire to try to reason

I have used this pharmacy for a long time and customer service is rather lacking. The only reason I got here is because the Dr's office selected it for my prescription but since the last experience I changed it closer to home rather than on my way home from work. They are not nice, have attitude, and the second they think that you're going to raise an objection whether you're a person who does...

This location is right across from state fair park. With an adjoining parking lot to McDonald's.
They offer drive through service on medications.
They will qoute you a time for pick-up but from my experience they have yet to be able to do it.
Great weekly sales with rebates in store.
Generous parking lot.
Not enough employees working, longer lines, hard to get assistance if you need it.
