This isn't the first bad experience here!! Went today & they didn't even have my prescription ready which my doctor called 4 hours prior. And the lady told me it wasn't even in the system!! Always go here because it's close by but will no longer be going there!!!

Today, about 1:30 p.m., I stopped in at this Walgreens on Freedon Drive in Springfield's Parkway Point. I asked the cashier to page a person to the cosmetics counter. No one came.
