As a veteran I am apauled at the video of your manager refusing service because he had a service dog. Your company needs to better educate their employees and management.

im thinking that this manager has some issues he was probably bullied in school and now hes the big man at walgreens and takes out all those childhood frustrations out on others. i feel sorry for anyone who has to work with this pathetic excuse for a human
