Last week we had a bad experience with the drive through pharmacy but today in the store, the manager Tom was very helpful on 2 occasions. The elderly lady was having difficulty understanding that when it says Buy 1 get 50% off the other but Tom stepped in and handled it.

I purchased a yogurt which had mold in it. Unfortunately the manager never picked up the phone. I got transferred a few times went on hold for a long time and eventually they hung up on me. This Walgreen has much lower standard compare to any other Walgreen or other drugstores.
