terrible- stained priceless handkerchiefs!!

I brought in handkerchiefs the week of my wedding for them to be pressed (the packaging that they came in caused them to be so badly wrinkled, I couldn't get the wrinkles out). When I went to pick them up, I almost paid the $13 (quite a bit just to press some handkerchiefs) when I noticed a stain. I asked about it and the girl behind the counter said I must have brought it in with that stain. I...
