I believe that Walmart customer service is great, but my experience with Site To Store isn't so great. The wait is rediculously long, and their lack of knowledge on organizations, and being able to work the registar isn't so great. On the plus side though, the sales reps in the isles are great help when I can't find anything. If Site To Store was improoved, I'd say Walmart over all is wonderful.
