The young thick female at the customer service desk on the second register from the left Thursday May 21 2015 starts the transaction then starts looking her left half focused with an attitude when I asked did my discount slide at 7:21pm needs a CBL on what customer service means and when you call ask to complain to a manager no one shows up to answer I waited 27 minutes I hung up.

Apparently Wal-Mart does not care about customer service. I don't see how they function with such horrible employees.

Its a Walmart... aren't they all kind of the same? Employees are friendly, but not the most helpful.

The automotive department here SUCKS. I took my car there for an oil change and they didn't put the dipstick back into the hole for a seal. On a road trip a week later, my car started smoking from the oil leak. Almost completely burned up my engine! I will never return here for service again. Not to mention, the Walton family is a bunch of greedy bastards. Don't shop at Wal-Mart!!

Yes sometimes you have wait in line, but they have Self Checkout and 20 items fast lanes. AND the employees are now telling people with too many items to go to a different lane!! Progress people. If you hate waiting in line learn how to use the Self Checkout. There is a helper there at all times and it is so easy. If you have a lot of shopping to do, don't go during peak times. Which are...
